Styles come and go. Good design is a language, not a style.

Our Process

First – We Listen.
We like to listen. We want to hear it all. What is your dream kitchen? A huge pantry with its own freezer? A mudroom with a place for all the backpacks, shoes, and more? Maybe a master bathroom that transports you to a five-star hotel on the beaches of Kauai? The home we are helping create is yours, and your voice is always the most important one in the room!

Next – We Dream.
We’ll look at thousands of pictures, sketch floor plans, elevations, and talk about the unique features of your home site. Our architect will help transform your words into images.

Then – We Document.
We don’t like surprises. We will document every specification of your home before we ever dig a hole in the ground. From the faucets to the appliances, the windows, the trim details, the flooring. The result of this meticulous process is a smooth building experience that flows on time and on budget.

We Negotiate.
Not with you, but with our suppliers and subcontractors. We bid every major item out with multiple suppliers and subcontractors and work hard to negotiate the best price for you.

Finally – We Build.
During the building process, our experienced construction superintendent is onsite frequently inspecting the work and demanding excellence from our suppliers. We keep you informed digitally through specialized software that gives you a constant idea of exactly where we are at in the process.

Meet With Us

What if you just did it your own way? No rules, no right or wrong, just what you think is beautiful?

Our Cost

We recognize that whether you are spending $600,000 or $3 million dollars that value is important.

We work with you through the entire design process to ensure that the home that is designed meets your budget goals. Having this integrated approach with our in-house architectural team or the architect of your choice working hand in hand with our construction team results in a home that is both stunning in design and in line with your budget.

We give you a detailed line item budget of all costs. We guarantee all of the major costs such as foundation, lumber, framing, etc, while giving you allowances for those items that you’ll want to customize like flooring, appliances and light fixtures.

This structure aligns our interests with yours and protects you against the unforeseen costs of construction while preserving the ability for you to shop for the best deal on the things you care about.

Our fee of 12% is easily offset by pricing and discounts that we negotiate with our suppliers and sub-contractors.

French Country on the St. Vrain

This is an example of a French Country style home.  The spiral staircase railing was fabricated onsite.  Note the turret ceiling with the curved beam work– this was constructed by our talented trim carpenters as they worked 25′ above floor level on scaffolding.

Colorado Mountain in Pelican Shores

The clients that hired us to build this custom home did an amazing job with the contrast of the rustic mountain style and the bling– we love it!  The fireplace is unique in that it is open on both sides with no glass giving it a true mountain lodge feel.  The home was designed by our architect partner, Kyle Callahan of Callahan and Associates.

Waterside Craftsman

This beautiful Craftsman is an example of when a client finds a house plan they absolutely love from a set of stock plans. We made a few changes, but the real secret to the appeal is the beautiful workmanship..note the classic Craftsman design of the cabinetry made locally by Tharp cabinets and the locally sourced natural stone.

Broomfield Farmhouse

The wonderful family that we built this home for was moving from Ohio and were disappointed to find that all the homes for sale were stucco and stone “Colorado style” homes. They had always dreamed of a farmhouse and it’s safe to say everyone loves the results.  The iconic appeal of a farmhouse with its simple lines, a welcoming front porch and timeless appeal is hard to beat.

European Masterpiece in Broomfield

This beautiful home is patterned after European architecture. Notice the beautiful spiral staircase near the entrance and the gorgeous dark kitchen cabinets. The marble master bath is both luxurious and timeless.

Mountain Modern

This gorgeous house mixes the Colorado mountain style with elegant modern design. The amazing thing about this house is that the client herself did all the interior design. This wonderful home with tasteful design choices adds a wonderful modern element to our growing custom home portfolio.
