Finding a lot to build on can be the most challenging and frustrating part of building your own home. Here is a list of lots that we own that are available, or are lots where we have partnered with the seller. Although we are happy to build on any lot within a reasonable distance from our base of operations. If these current or upcoming lots do not fit your fancy, then we are happy to help you look for a lot more suited to your needs.
- Riverside Farm (www.LiveRiversideFarms.com)
- Just 2 miles south of Berthoud, 7 miles North of Longmont, and near hwy 287 this cozy subdivision of 21 one acre lots has the quintessential Colorado experience. There are great mountain views, the Big Thompson River is only a few hundred yards away, and with an acre to every lot you don’t feel like you are right on top of your neighbor. In this lovely neighborhood taxes are low, falling under the Larimer county jurisdiction with NO special metro district. This is a great place to put down roots. And there are still 8 lots available. But don’t wait, come the spring rush, these gems are going to sell fast.
- Estimated minimum cost to build & land (including tap fees) but without landscaping $600k.
- Hauck Meadows (HauckMeadows.com)
- Everybody wants to be near Boulder, with convenient access to Denver and DIA. This pristine neighborhood is near Anderson Farms, off HWY 52, is technically part of Frederick. But it really sits between the town of Longmont and Erie. This little rural neighborhood has gorgeous mountain views and sits in a lush valley near the Boulder Creek. Each lot is about one acre in size and outbuildings are allowed. This is a great place to have everything–proximity to Boulder & Denver, with great mountain views and plenty of space. Did we mention it’s quiet!?
- Estimated minimum cost to build & land (including tap fees) but without landscaping $700k.
- Hauck Farms
- Right across CR 5 from Hauck meadows, is an exclusive little group of lots in a subdivision called Hauck Farms. These 1 acre lots have many of the same qualities as Hauck meadows. But there are currently only 3 available, with the rest of the subdivision not coming for years.
- Estimated minimum cost to build & land (including tap fees) but without landscaping $700k.
Upcoming Lots!
- Red Barn Subdivision
- This spring we will have more lots available at our Red Barn Subdivision. This farmhouse subdivision north of 66, east of I-25 on CR 13, will eventually have hundreds of lots. But spring 2018 we anticipate having some of the larger perimeter lots available. These lots are in a beautiful rural area, have mountain views and will be larger than the interior lots. Plans are still being constructed with the city of Mead. But with quick access to I-25, emphasis on farmhouse, and beautiful rural landscape these large lots will be a great opportunity to build. See our sister Facebook page, Red Barn Subdivision for more information.
- No-HOA lots East of Frederick.
- There is superb demand for lots outside HOA covenants and restrictions. We are currently partnered with a landowner who is having 3 lots split from larger acreage. One of these lots will be 2 acres, and two will be 4 acres. Contact me for more details. These will go quickly!
