To-Be-Built Listings
Trying to sell a vacant lot can sometimes be difficult because most people are looking for a home. We will partner with you, and add a listing in the residential section of MLS with a “To-Be-Built” home on your vacant lot. There is no obligation for your eventual buyer to build with us. It simply gets more eyes on your vacant lot. And if the buyer does want to build with us, even if its a totally different plan than the one we listed, we’ll pay you 2% commission as listing agent and 2.8% commission to the buyers agent.
